Many countries have private oil companies managing the fuel for cars and motor bikes. in Mexico oil is government owned so the price is the same everywhere you go.but in recent years the bad administration and corruption left the company in bankruptcy so now many of these are privately owned like a franchise, and there's no such thing as self service so every time you go for gasoline have some spare change to tip the guy or girl who services your car.
