Celebration

In September 16th there was a big celebration, commemorating 200 hundred years of independence from Spain the government spared no expense in making it the biggest celebration to date you can see some of the decorations on the main square. 

Mobile stands like this one appear at the beginning of September every year until after the 16th you can purchase many patriotic items as you can see.
