Ecatepec is a town located 30 minutes (with no traffic) outside Mexico city North. you can see many hills around the town... the orange sign from a small family restaurant translates "enjoy delicious belly soup" and it refers to a popular dish made of spicy red tomato soup with cow's belly meat.
