The Angus steak house is an upscale restaurant which serves really good prime cuts. however every year they have to make some changes in the menu because of lent. the population here is predominantly Catholic so they don't eat red meat during the forty days before Easter, so they let people know by posting a sign that says "Menu for Lent."
