On November 10 New York city declared "Sesame Street day" and to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the show the city temporarily renamed A piece of Columbus Ave. at 64th street across from the Lincoln Center. Sesame Street has been a fictional street set in New York until now, or at least for some time, so if you are traveling to Ney York city before 2010 you can ask "Can you tell me how to get to Sesame Street?
